Alpharetta Community Of Whittington In Forsyth County

Located in the lovely area of Alpharetta, Forsyth County, Georgia, the single-family home and townhome community of Whittington is right off McGinnis Ferry Road and Highway 400. Homes range between the low $100,000's and high $200,000's and were built between 2000 and 2010.

Neighborhood amenities include cable television availability, homeowners association, and swimming pool; HOA fees are $92 per month for townhomes and $1,100 per year for single-family homes. Homes have 2 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 to 4 bathrooms. Each property has either a two car garage or two assigned parking spaces in front of the building.

As it is located in the desirable exit off McGinnis Ferry Road, there is plenty to do in the area. Not only are there plenty of shopping and dining options at Windward Parkway one exit down, you only have to go down another exit to Old Milton Parkway to visit Avalon, which is a fabulous new attraction to the area. And don't forget you are only a thirty minute drive to downtown Atlanta, where you can see plenty of sports and really experience urban life.

Not only is this a great area for a home, it is also an amazing school district. Public schools assigned to Whittington are Big Creek Elementary School, Piney Grove Middle School, and South Forsyth High School. All are highly ranked, scoring 10/10, 10/10, and 10/10 respectively.
